2. Focus and Narrow the Market Indication.
The second step is to prepare a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), which is a detailed and legally required market analysis of the value of your Gold Coast home. It is based on recently sold and for sale properties similar to yours in the immediate area. I will need to view your home in order to prepare this report.

3. Market Ready.
The third step is placing your Gold Coast home on the market, at a price that is within market expectations; I have a mini-eBrochure that discusses this very important point, and the pitfalls of trying to sell above market value.
To begin the process of selling your Gold Coast home, it starts with completing a Queensland State Government document, called a Form 6 agreement. When you are ready to place your home on the market, I will have a Form 6 agreement available.
There are many steps beyond the above; I will manage and arrange these on your behalf, such as:
